ORDERS
Simply browse our collection, select your size and click "Add to Bag." When you're ready, go to your cart and follow the checkout steps. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
We process orders quickly, so we may not be able to make changes once an order has been placed. If you need to make a change, email us at hello@selvagio.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, email us at hello@selvagio.com with your full name and we'll check your order for you.
DELIVERY
Standard delivery is free on all orders and takes 6–8 working days. Express delivery is available for £1.99 and takes 4–6 working days. Orders are processed within 1–2 working days before being dispatched.

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel on our Track Your Order page or by using the link in your email.
We use Royal Mail and Yodel. The carrier used depends on the size and weight of your parcel - you'll see which one is handling your delivery in your tracking email.
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow an extra 2 working days as occasional delays can happen. If it still hasn't arrived after that, email us at hello@selvagio.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
Log in to your account at selvagio.com using the email you placed your order with, go to the Orders section, select the order and click "Request a Return." Once approved, we'll email you a free prepaid return label with instructions.
No - returns are completely free. We provide a prepaid return label once your return request has been approved.
Once we've received and inspected your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 working days. Please note it may take a little longer for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Yes. When your return is processed, you can choose between a refund to your original payment method or store credit - the choice is yours.
We don't offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to get the right size is to return the original item and place a new order.
SIZING
Each product page has a detailed size guide with measurements in centimetres. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing your measurements to the guide to find the best fit.
Our dresses are available in UK sizes ranging from UK 6 to UK 18, depending on the style. Each product page shows the available sizes.
Our sizing is based on standard UK measurements. Each product page includes fit notes - for example, whether a dress runs relaxed or fitted - along with specific advice if you're between sizes.
