Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Selvagio. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be delivered, along with the costs and options available to you. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.
Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to addresses across the whole of the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
At this time, we do not deliver outside the UK.
Delivery Options & Costs
We offer two delivery options at checkout:
Standard Delivery - 5-8 working days
- FREE on orders over £40
- £3.99 on orders under £40
Express Delivery - 3-5 working days
- £5.99 on all orders
Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your chosen option.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed before 5pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 5pm, at weekends, or on UK bank holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
Please note that "working days" refers to Monday to Friday, excluding UK public and bank holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link so you can follow your parcel's journey to your door.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates based on the date your order is dispatched, not the date your order is placed. While we work hard to ensure every parcel arrives on time, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, or peak shopping periods (such as Black Friday and Christmas).
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@selvagio.com and we'll be happy to look into it for you.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your order number
- The name of the courier
- A tracking link to follow your parcel in real time
- Your estimated delivery date
If you haven't received your tracking email within 2 working days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder before getting in touch.
Missed Deliveries
If you're not at home when your parcel arrives, your courier will typically:
- Leave your parcel in a safe place (if selected)
- Leave your parcel with a neighbour
- Leave a card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection from a local depot
Please follow the instructions on the card left by your courier, or use your tracking link for further options.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please note that additional delivery charges may apply in this case.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@selvagio.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with our courier partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
