Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Selvagio. If something isn't quite right, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.

Your Right to Return

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original condition
  • With all tags still attached
  • In the original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Request a Return

Requesting a return is simple:

  1. Log in to your account using the email you placed your order with
  2. Go to the Orders section and select the relevant order
  3. Choose the item or items you wish to return
  4. Click "Request a Return" and follow the steps

Once your request has been approved, we'll email you a free prepaid return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send items back without first requesting a return through your account - items sent without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you by email to let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds can be issued to your original payment method or as store credit - the choice is yours
  • Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

If more than 15 working days have passed since we approved your refund and it still hasn't appeared, please contact us at hello@selvagio.com.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the one you'd prefer. This is the quickest way to get the right piece.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us straight away at hello@selvagio.com so we can put it right. Please include a photo of the issue if possible - it helps us resolve things faster.

Your Consumer Rights

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason. This is in addition to our 30-day return policy.
