We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products in our online store. However, colours and product appearance may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen due to your device type, settings and display configuration.

All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer.

Section 3 - Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Selvagio reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process your payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address provided at the time the order was placed.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Section 4 - Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP). Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email.

We accept payment via Shopify Payments, which supports Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and other major payment methods.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and payment information for all purchases made at our store. You represent and warrant that you are duly authorised to use the payment method provided and that charges incurred by you will be honoured by your payment provider.

Section 5 - Shipping and Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders. Orders are processed within 1-2 working days and delivered within 6-8 working days. Express delivery is available for £1.99 with delivery in 4-6 working days.

We use Royal Mail and Yodel as our delivery partners. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Section 6 - Returns and Refunds

We offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

To request a return, log in to your account at selvagio.com, go to Orders, select the relevant order and click "Request a Return." Once approved, we will provide a free prepaid return label.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 working days and can be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

Section 7 - Intellectual Property

Our Services, including all trademarks, text, images, graphics, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof, are owned by Selvagio or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent.

The Selvagio name, logo and all related product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Ecom Brothers Ltd. You must not use such trademarks without our prior written permission. Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify Inc.

The Services may contain links to websites provided or operated by third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party websites. If you decide to leave the Services to access these websites, you do so at your own risk.

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to your access of any third-party websites or your purchase of any products or services from them.

Selvagio is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Selvagio. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Selvagio, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Selvagio.

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.

Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selvagio, Shopify and our respective partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the Services or any products purchased using the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
